About this Business.I began this business 14 years ago to fill a void left by my previous employer, Canon. It became clear to me that Queensland customers wanted the highest level of customer service and didn't want to be without their camera for extended periods of time for sensor cleans, firmware updates, damaged filter removals and lens focus checks. Sensor services continues to operate a 45 minute turnaround for these services, supported by three Teds Camera Store outlets from Brisbane City to the Gold Coast.
I also operate a personal service where I come to you, your own business or home, providing the ultimate in camera care and customer service from the Sunshine Coast to the Northern Rivers in NSW. |
Established in 2008Born out of necessity and a desire to provide highest quality service, Sensor Services arrived in 2008. After my seven years employment with Canon Service in Brisbane, the Global Financial Crisis caused them to consolidate their business to Sydney, and in removing their effective presence from Brisbane, I saw an opportunity to alleviate the stress of long time delays and increased costs in service and shipping to and from Sydney for servicing, and now, fourteen years later, I am still providing premium service to my customers all over Queensland and also Northern NSW.
